At SMJ, our dedicated team is here to help you create something truly unique. Our bespoke service is a collaborative experience, keeping you involved every step of the way. Consultations are available online or in person at our Canary Wharf showroom.
The Process
Design
After gaining a clear understanding of your vision, we will provide a price estimate and require a 50% deposit to begin the process. The design phase will then start, featuring sketches and computer-generated models (CAD) to bring your concept to life.
Development
After the design and final price are approved, your piece will be 3D printed and cast in your selected metal. Our skilled craftsmen will then refine and perfect the details, bringing your bespoke creation to life. This process generally takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design.
Completion
We will provide you with regular updates throughout the process. Once your custom item is complete, we will arrange an appointment for collection at our showroom. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of collection. For fully virtual or international clients, the final 50% payment must be made before the item is shipped to your chosen destination.
